We are partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your Basic Rights products to over 200 destinations worldwide.
We regret we are unable to deliver to the following countries; North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Belarus, Myanmar/Burma, and Lebanon.
When you buy your A day older products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e// A day older** and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order).

Duties
For all shipping destinations, duty is clearly itemised in your shopping cart and throughout the checkout process.
Customers can opt out of paying duty by unticking the 'Pre-pay your duty and tax' box at checkout. If you opt out of paying duty up front, it is your responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery.
A day older is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, A day older has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives.
Note: In the event that the parcel is refused and returned to us by the courier service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered as we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages after it leaves our facilities. A day older cannot alter any deliveries once the label has been created.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

RETURNS
We hope you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 28 days.
Items must be returned to us unused, unworn, with all labels still attached and in the original packaging. You must include the sales invoice and include any returns/refund preferences you wish us to review. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
If a shipping charge has been paid on the order, we kindly remind you that this is non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to fully process. You will be notified once this is complete.

Our policy is 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund as of yet, but you can see it has been processed by us, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date received. If you have owned your item for longer than this please contact customer@adayolder.com.
Late returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of A DAY OLDER and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on A DAY OLDER. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All returns should be requested before you send your purchase back to A DAY OLDER. Unidentified items will be returned to the sender.
